The mission: Panoli was missioned to source different categories of products carrying tourism-related visuals such as wine bottle bags, placemats, insulated bottles, electric mini-fans, coasters, cutting boards, jute and canvas Bags.

Multiple Challenges:

Factories across multiple Chinese provinces complicated logistics.

Each product demanded specialized skills, from UV and 5D printing to precise sewing craftsmanship. Operations like labeling, palletizing, and consolidating goods also required tight coordination to fully load the container.
